Als Externe Communicatiespecialist maak je deel uit van het Global Communication Team, een dynamische groep van 17 collega's binnen de afdeling Global Marketing Communication. Ieder teamlid beschikt over unieke expertise op het gebied van digitale marketing, corporate communicatie, employer branding, corporate identity en externe communicatie.

Als Externe Communicatiespecialist speel je een cruciale rol in het uitdragen van ons verhaal en het versterken van ons merk. Je weet als geen ander hoe je onze boodschap effectief overbrengt naar media, partners, investeerders, klanten en het grote publiek. Dankzij jouw creatieve flair blijft onze organisatie voortdurend in de schijnwerpers. Je hebt een scherp inzicht in de markt, herkent relevante trends en weet precies hoe we hierop kunnen inspelen. Je bent een meester in het schrijven van pakkende content, variërend van persberichten tot social media posts, en je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met diverse stakeholders. Kortom, jij bent de spil in het verbeteren van onze reputatie en het bevorderen van positieve interacties met onze externe doelgroepen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategische communicatieplannen om effectief te communiceren met externe partijen, waaronder media, partners, klanten en het publiek.
• Het integreren van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven en -rapportage in de strategische plannen.
• Beheren van mediacontacten, waaronder het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met journalisten, het beantwoorden van mediavragen en het coördineren van interviews.
• Schrijven en creëren van overtuigende content, waaronder persberichten, artikelen, blogposts en updates voor sociale media, die in lijn zijn met de boodschap en doelstellingen van de organisatie.
• Zorgen voor consistente boodschappen en afstemming in alle externe communicatie.
• Nauwe samenwerking met Public Affairs om communicatiestrategieën af te stemmen op bredere organisatiedoelen en beleidsinitiatieven
• Monitoren en analyseren van de effectiviteit van communicatie-initiatieven en het doorvoeren van datagedreven aanpassingen voor voortdurende verbetering.

Wat breng je mee?

• Een afgeronde bacheloropleiding in Communicatie, Marketing of een verwant vakgebied (een masterdiploma is een pre).
• 5-7 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van succesvolle externe communicatiestrategieën.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
• Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden, met het vermogen om boeiende verhalen te creëren voor diverse doelgroepen.
• Het schrijven van aansprekende teksten gaat je moeiteloos af, waarbij je complexe inhoud op een pakkende manier kunt verwoorden
• Analytisch denkvermogen met de capaciteit om de effectiviteit van communicatie-initiatieven te meten en te rapporteren.
• Een proactieve benadering voor het identificeren van mogelijkheden om communicatie te verbeteren.
• Betrokkenheid bij de organisatie en de drive om bij te dragen aan de verbetering van de gezondheid van mens en planeet.
